Busy travel ahead

November 12 2004

The upcoming weeks have a fair number of events on the calendar.  Hoping to meet many of you at these events...

  • Next week, I'll be in Europe Monday - Wednesday.  Monday I'm in Düsseldorf and Köln (Cologne) on what will mostly be a personal day.  Tuesday, Eindhoven, Netherlands to visit a customer and catch up with Wild Bill.  Wednesday, speaking at the Dutch Notes Users Group near Amsterdam.  I'm particularly looking forward to reporting on my flight experience going from ORD to DUS; I'll be flying Lufthansa/Privatair's all-business-class A319/737 service which should be a fairly unique trip.
  • On Thursday and Friday next week, I'm on a couple of panel discussions at the Inbox 2004 East conference in Atlanta.
  • Nothing has come up during Thanksgiving week, but that could still change (!).
  • The week following, we'll be doing a Notes/Domino 6.5 update and a Move2Lotus seminar in Des Moines, Iowa on December 1.  (Yes, Des Moines.  Not all my travel is to the far corners of the planet)
  • December 6th is the next Chicago Lotus users group meeting, where I'll give a general marketplace update and perhaps a bit of Lotusphere preview.
  • December 9th, Haverstick Consulting is hosting a Lotus collaboration seminar in Cincinnati.  Don't think I've ever had a reason to go to Cincy on business before.
  • December 10th, I'll be in Boston for some internal meetings.  I might arrive early enough on the evening of the 9th for perhaps a local geekdinner/meetup kind of thing.
  • And last, I hope, I'll be doing a Texas user group two-step, with Dallas on December 14th and Houston on December 15th.
I've also already committed to a number of events in 2005, including two late February events in Germany, and The View's Admin2005 in May.
Oh, and there's that Lotusphere thing, too.
You can always find the latest event information on my "where am I going?" page.
