    Letter shifts are SO 90's.

    There's not a single "teh" generated by that engine. And where are the "z0rz" suffixes? (It's not just 1337, it's l33tz0rz!)

    The whole IRC hacker shift is about randomness and obsfucation, not simply substituting numbers for letters. That generator needs some work.
