Two dates in Denmark, one in Finland and Norway each but none in Sweden.
Let's just hope they add at least one Sweden date. Since Nordic marketing moved its hq's to Denmark a few years back there has been more and more events in Denmark and less and less in Sweden even though Sweden is the biggest Nordic country no matter how you count - people, gnp, export, industries or notes users.

Daft question - any chance of vendor pods at the UK events ? If so - who do I contact ?
(Yes, I know I should talk to my BP rep, etc, etc...)
Thanks in advance,

From the linked to site:
"Of course, there's no cost or obligation."
In fact, at least for the German events, most events is charged for. There are only few free ones...

Hi Ed
could you please see to it that Vienna (in Austria as I am sure you know ;o) is not listed under Germany? Besides that fact that we where already annexed once <smile> it would be geographically correct.
Thanking you in advance and have a great weekend ;o)

Ed, I don't see Ireland or Northern Ireland on the list. Is there any plans to include them. I would be most happy to help out there

Triangle say that Lotus partners are not admitted to the UK event as Triangle is paying and Lotus partners are competitors.

I think that Triangles attitude about BP's is very poor. The tour is called Lotusphere comes to you, anyone can go to LS, even MSFT, but NO BP's can go to the tour... come on...
Although this does not affect me, it has made me angry.. this discussion is interesting

Triangle imply that a BP that goes there will steal thier customers.. Well I am not one of their customers, and I am not looking for a "Triangle Sales Pitch". If thats what it is lets rename to tour... If not then BP's should be able to go !

Any plans to add Spain to the list ?
Unfortunately, it seems that Spain is always left out on any mayor campaign or event about Lotus. We need to have more focus in order to fight with Microsoft.

Although I'm not in the UK, I do not like what I am reading here about Triangle. And I sure hope that none of the material being used by Triangle is going to be based on the the presentations done by BPs at Lotusphere. If I do hear that BP presentations are part of this, I think I'll be having a close look at the speaker agreement that I signed.

@11/12/14 -- Triangle has offered a comment on Jake Howlett's site.

I will look into this on my side.
@13 - No idea about Spain, but I will ask (as I did with @9).

As I have posted elsewhere - did Triangle actually attend Lotusphere ?

I agree - using a BP to host these events is not good. We are a competitor UK partner (Syan) and would never offer this kind of event to our customers. However, this is the first time I've heard of a partner refusing to allow other BPs to attend.
Come on IBM, what kind of message are you trying to send to UK customers? Are they really not important enough for IBM to host its own event?
Stu
PS. We didn't see any Triangle presence in Orlando either...

Hi. I think there are different perspectives here.
If Triangle are hosting and paying for the event, I can understand their point. I don't think their PR has been great though.
Personnally as a UK BP i'd like to either have IBM run general sessions for the UK, or perhaps better....work with us BP's and help sponsor several of us for regional sessions. We were are already planning sessions for Customers and Prospects, (including a couple of MS users), based on LS info gleaned.... so IBM could help several BPs rather than just one.
To be fair to IBM they put *'s against BP hosted events, its just that they only put Triangle up there...
oh, so perhaps you could send / tell me how to get involved.... oh, and I did go to LS this year and found it superb!! ;-)
