As noted by many other bloggers today, Lotusphere 2008 Online is now available at www.ls08.net.  There's a lot of technology in there, including Domino, Sametime, Quickr, and Connections.  Domino Web Access is used for mail, and even has DWA 8.0.1's new "lite mode" (announced in September).  Check it out!

@3 - Check your spam folders. That's where I found mine with the sender -- mailer@ls08.net on behalf of (Unknown).

You can also use the e-mail address that you used during Lotusphere registration as your UserName on the login page ( { Link } ). Your password is your Lotusphere confirmation number.

My email came into my Outlook Spam folder at work since the Sender field was blank.

@3 @4, login works fine using my email address as the login name and the confirmation number translated to lowercase as the password. The original confirmation had the number in all caps.

@Ed, there is already a tremendous amount of good info on this site, and having access this far ahead is really going to help get the most out our time in Orlando. My advice is forget about why an email was blocked, get onto the site, and get busy planning your week.

It's probably just me, but I don't find the Lotusphere Online site all that useful. What is everyone finding there that's so exciting?

@7 - I think it has some features that can potentially make it very useful (i.e. Communities, DogEars). You'll get out of it what you and others put into it.

As for the Discussion forum, I'm comfortable with the DomBulletin format used in prior years. The new format will take some getting used to.

@8 - I agree that the Communities and Dogear could be useful, but since this is only going to be live until the end of February I'm not willing to put a lot into it. Maybe the content could be migrated over to Greenhouse and made perpetual.

@9 - Yep, I know what you mean. Last year at Lotusphere I started playing around with Connections and was eager to present a demo to my clients when I returned. I guess I had the impression that it would be available until at least LS Online went down, but it went down as soon as the conference ended.

Ed, Is there some info somewhere (documentation) as to how the lp08 site is done? I would be interested in how all the pieces are put together as I need to build something 'simple' like this in the coming months. Thanks!

bummer, still no login for me yet. Let me check the spam again however...

@12 - Chris, I did a quick profile search on you in Lotusphere Online. And, unless you registered as "Christine Miller", you aren't in the Lotusphere directory. I know you are speaking so you probably didn't register early. I think I read that anyone who registered after the first of the year did not receive an e-mail notice yet. You should follow up with the Lotusphere registration folks on this.

I received the email and had no problems logging in. I found the Lotusphere Online very helpful in creating my schedule compared to using the freebie from Genii software. At least this prompted me when I had a conflict/double booked session. Very clear and readable. Also, I found the FAQ section very helpful as this will be my 2nd year attending so I kind of know what to expect, but would like more info on stuff. Here you can find out where the Lotusphere Party will be held. This is a blast.
