Lotusphere 2009 website is up, at least if you know the URL
September 3 2008
It appears to me that ibm.com/lotus/lotusphere is still going to the 2008 website, as is lotusphere.com, but if you know the URL, life is beautiful:
You can register, find out about sponsorships, submit abstract proposals, and view last year's opening session. Nice site.

Hi George! I'm quite sure the abstracts turn into the actual session descriptions. I bet Google has a good cache of them if you want to take a look! ;-)

Thanks Jess. I wasn't sure if these had to be a page or 2 long with agenda's and such....

@1 abstracts are short, 75-100 words usually. Although the Birds of a fetaher abstracts has a 100-150 word guideline, go figure.

I see people are already getting in line.

Hi Ed, I tried your link and even copied and pasted the URL ({ Link } but the page heading shows "Lotusphere 2008" with the orange graphic below it containing "Lotusphere 2008 Opening General Session Webcast --> register now".
Lotusphere.com resolves to the ../lotusphere2008 URL, but presents a "Our apologies, the page you requested cannot be displayed" error.

Mike, you're right. It's like a half-website right now (the registration and track links on the left are correct). I'm not sure what happened. I'll flag it in a bit.

Nice that they have a broadcast of the opening session...but as I was so upset that I missed the closing session and Alton Brown, I am more interested if anybody knows if there is a recording of that anywhere?
I am planning to stay an extra day this time - at least one...

Am I missing something, or didn't they used to email us with the registration announcement?

@11 the main e-mail "blast" is coming next week.

Ed,
I hate to sound like a neophyte, especially since I've been to 4 Lotushpere's now, but do you have a example of a well written abstract from the past?
